Kamandalu Diya Pot - Tea-Light Candle Lantern
Kamandalu
Kamandalu or kamandal is a water pot with a handle, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made of a dry gourd (pumpkin) or coconut shell, Tumba fruit, metal, the wood of the Kamandalataru tree, or from clay. Generally, we can find it in many shapes and patterns which have their own logic and history. The pattern of this kamandal Pot was the first inspiration base for us to create this beautiful candle pot.
Kamandalu Patterned Diya Pot
Inspired by one of the shapes of Kamndalu we designed this beautiful Diya Pot decorated with engraved floral art and cut artwork. This Kamandalu pot is made of the wrought iron sheet with a combination of metallic black, golden, and copper color polish. With this craft, we also provide a few packets of Soy-waxed T-light candles which are 100% vegan and handmade by local women artisans.
Handmade with Love
This is handcrafted by the local artisans of the west region of Rajasthan. This craft is made out of the wrought iron sheet with a combination of metallic black, golden, and copper polish. With the fusion of these three color coatings, artisans add a little vintage and heritage finish to this.
