Gopika

Gopika is a feminine form of Gopi which is a Sanskrit word originating from the word Gopa. This name is used more commonly to refer to the wives of Gopa of Braj who owns and protects the cows. 

As per Shrimad-Bhagwatam and other literature, Gopis are famous for their unconditional devotion (Bhakti) to Shri Krishna.

Mudran-Shaili

Mudran-Shaili is an artwork of Nathdwara in which artisan uses printed stickers or posters or any photos on any other material's surface like wood, acrylic, or clay. Generally, this Shaili is famous for Spiritual frame design, decorative craft, and table decor. But here we use this craft with little modification. 

In this craft, we use Mudran Shaili only for Gopika which is placed on a hand-painted wooden board.

As per the above description, we designed this craft as a wall decor panel. We can use this craft in our pooja room, living room, balcony, nearby the entrance door, or any window. We can also use this as Ridhi-Sidhi in Ganpati Festival (Ganeshotsav) Decor.

Reclaimed MDF Wooden Board

Generally, as raw material, our artisans use MDF Wooden sheets for this craft. MDF is made from resin and recycled wood fibers. It is pressed to produce dense sheets that remain stable in all weather conditions. The smooth surface makes it a good choice for simple interior design pieces and especially for painting artwork.
