Uphaar- Dwaar Deep

Uphaar Uphaar is a project that, in itself, includes many other projects and small crafts. This includes handmade boxes, potli bags, baskets, or chests of drawers, which play a major role as containers. We also know this as hampers, which are collections of crafts, food, or any utility items, usually presented as gifts.

Uphaar- Dwaar Deep This craft mainly consists of a wooden, hand-painted box with other small crafts inside it. One of the major crafts is Dwar Deep, which is a project in itself. Apart from this, conch, cowri, and musk perfume are also included.

Dwaar Deep Dwaar Deep- One of our handicraft projects, which is based on ancient Bhartiya Vastu-Shilp. Lighting a lamp is considered very auspicious in Sanatan culture. Not only in temples and shrines but also in the courtyard of the house, near the door, or the Tulsi pot(holy basil). On the basis of these traditions, a special place has been given for the Diya Lamp in our Indian architecture, which is known as ‘Aliya’ in our Mewar region.

Dwaar Deep Craft- a Diya Lamp Holder Inspired by our Dwar deep concept, we have made a small craft -Dwaar Deep, which will brighten your house and keep our tradition alive even in decor. In this craft, the base of mdf wood has been decorated with pieces of glass. It is hand-painted and has a small shelf on which a lamp is placed. The twinkling light of the lamp creates a lot of beauty due to the reflection of the glass.
